Important: I am not in-network with insurance companies, but I work with Thrizer to make it easy for my clients to use their out-of-network (OON) benefits! I also offer reduced fee spots — read more below

Thrizer submits claims on your behalf and provides reimbursement by direct deposit (or you can use their Thrizer Pay option to skip the wait for reimbursement). You can check use the benefit checker below to see if you have OON benefits. Please note their estimates tend to be lower than what you are actually reimbursed.

Fees

45 min / session: $225

I hold a limited amount of sliding scale spots for those who need reduced fees or do not have out of network benefits. I currently have sliding scale spots open, feel free to inquire if you would benefit!

Sliding scale spots are reserved for those who are unable to afford services, do not receive out-of-network coverage from their insurance or have a high deductible. If you’re unsure if you have OON coverage, we can verify for you.

  • I am not an in-network provider, but if your plan had out-of-network (OON) benefits, then you are likely eligible to receive reimbursement for therapy services. Typically, those who have a PPO plan are able to receive coverage for out of network providers.

    As described above, I use Thrizer to make it as easy as possible for my clients to use these benefits! If you would like me to verify your OON benefits, you can email your insurance card and DOB to: alison@authenticallyoutherapy.com

  • 45 min session / $225

    30 min session / $150 (used only for check ins only - not a full session)

    These session fees do not reflect what clients will pay if they are using Thrizer’s reduced fee service called “Thrizer Pay”. If you would like to see if you are eligible for reduced upfront cost with Thrizer, I can verify your OON beneits.

  • At this time, our practice is completely virtual. Upon making an appointment, you will receive a video link for our sessions.

  • Making sure you find a therapist who is a good fit is crucial. That is why we will start with a free 15 min consultation together. During this call, I will explore what you are looking for to make sure it aligns with my specialties. You will be able to ask me any questions during this time as well. If we decide it is a good fit, then we will schedule our initial appointment!

    If for any reason it is not a good fit, then I am happy to offer you referrals.
