Virtual Eating Disorder Therapy NYC
Online eating disorder therapy across New York
Helping you quiet the voice that tells you you’re not enough, so healing and nourishment feel possible again.
Rather than relying on messages of “just love your body” or pushing narratives that ignore the realities of diet culture, weight stigma, and systemic oppression, we acknowledge how these pressures shape your relationship with food and your body.
We validate these barriers while also offering a grounded, evidence-based path forward—one that supports healing, nourishment, and a more peaceful relationship with yourself.
Trauma-informed, size inclusive and neurodivergent affirming eating disorder therapy. Because healing is NOT one size fits all.
What we treat
Your eating disorder has you feeling trapped & you don’t know where to start.
Years of battling thoughts about food the moment you wake up
Feeling guilty for eating “too much” or feeling out of control
Avoiding meals, plans, or social events because food feels overwhelming
Hiding rituals or urges you’re ashamed of, even though they feel impossible to stop
Constant fear about how your body is being perceived
Endless cycles of self-criticism that convince you you’re failing and that your body is a problem
The truth is, eating disorders are complex and you should be so proud of yourself for taking the first step towards treatment. In our space, we will help your authentic voice become more clear and less clouded by the eating disorder so you can live an expansive life again.

Our approach to eating disorder therapy
SOCIAL JUSTICE
We align with Health at Every Size principles and believe eating disorder care goes beyond individual treatment — we are committed to ongoing advocacy for people in all bodies to receive equal access, rights and care.
EVIDENCE-BASED
Due to the neurobiological nature of eating disorders, we use leading evidence-based treatment methods for eating disorders such as CBT-E. We also integrate other evidence-based tools such as mindfulness and self-compassion to tailor each treatment plan.
COLLOBORATIVE CARE
Depending on the severity of the eating disorder, it is common for us to work collaboratively with your doctor, dietician or other treatment members (with your consent). We believe this is crucial for successful and safe treatment.

-
You may benefit from eating disorder therapy if you find yourself constantly thinking about food, weight, shape or your body, engaging in restricting, bingeing, or purging behaviors, or feeling guilt, anxiety, or loss of control around eating. Even if your symptoms don’t seem “severe,” therapy can help you build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and your body.

I work with individuals experiencing a range of eating disorders and disordered eating patterns, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, and chronic dieting. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek support—if your relationship with food or your body feels overwhelming, then we can help.
-
Yes. You don’t need an eating disorder to struggle with body image. Therapy can help you reduce body dissatisfaction, break patterns like body checking or avoidance, and develop a more neutral or compassionate relationship with your body.

Making sure you find a therapist who is a good fit is crucial. That is why we will start with a 15min consultation together. During this call, I will explore what you are looking for and you will be able to ask me any questions as well. If we decide it is a good fit, then we will schedule our initial appointment!
If for any reason it is not a good fit, then I am happy to offer you referrals.
